With 17 years’ experience in strategy and management consulting, Vincent Thiébaut launched YSTEMA Consulting in 2022 to support companies with concrete, innovative solutions. He has piloted major transformations in rigorously regulated sectors such as oil & gas, defense and insurance, managing large-scale teams and complex logistical constraints.
His international career, notably in the UK, Germany and Central Africa, has enabled him to develop unique cultural adaptability and stakeholder management expertise across multicultural environments.
